1. Hobosapiens, hereinafter referred to as the contractor, is not liable for the copyrighted content of the customers;, hereinafter referred to as the client,            material.

2. The contractor pledges to not collect confidential subscriber information for the purpose of forwarding it to third parties.

3. The contractor pledges to ensure the privacy of sensitive information, as well as the privacy of sensitive content material, based on the agreement with           the  client.

​

4. The contractor pledges to not intervene with copyrighted and intellectual work and / or property, but will only provide services in the field of audio                    mastering, audio mix and audio production. The exception are projects, where it is agreed otherwise.

5. The client agrees that they will pay the costs incurred during the execution of the service in the previously agreed on manner and whithin the previously          agreed on time limit. In the opposite case, the contractor has the right to abandon the project or to not give it to the client, until they agree otherwise.

6. The client agrees to not interfere with the contractors work in any way that would diminish the quality of service provision.

​

7. The client pledges that all information relating to the payment and the received material is true, otherwise the contractor shall not be held liable for false        declarations and related disputes.

​

8. The free sample is available as a one-time service for new clients and does not commit them to ordering chargeable services.

​

9. The pricelist and the prices on it are informative and may be prone to change. Prices / rates, exclude tax / vat.
